To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be sent back within 14 calendar days starting from your purchase date. All returned goods need to be kept in their original condition and must not have any form of damage.

Return shipping fees may be waived under specific circumstances. When the return is not due to our mistake or error, the shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund amount.

Sale Item Policy

Exchanges Policy

Important Reminder

Order cancellation can only be done before your item is shipped or starts production. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded in full amount. Once your package has been dispatched, order cancellation will no longer be accepted.

Our standard order handling time ranges from 2 to 7 business days.

When a return is requested voluntarily by the customer, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be calculated based on the courier you choose.

If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items caused by our side, all return shipping fees will be covered by us at no cost to you.
